Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake short-term or long-term projects to address pediatric healthcare issues and organizational needs.
Meet with management and clinical staff to understand project requirements and patient care goals.
Collect necessary data using interviews, surveys, and other tools for situational and clinical analysis.
Conduct situational and data analysis to identify issues or areas for improvement in pediatric care.
Present findings to management and provide actionable recommendations.
Formulate and implement plans to achieve project objectives and overcome challenges.
Arrange or provide training for staff affected by clinical or operational changes.
Monitor outcomes, evaluate situations periodically, and adjust plans as needed.
Stay updated on industry developments, medical research, and best practices in pediatrics.
