Senior AI/ML Data Developer

Primary Skills: AI/ML Snowflake Python PySparkSecondary: dbt Airflow SQL

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML-focused data pipelines using Python and PySpark
• Build scalable data processing and feature engineering pipelines for model training and inference
• Develop and optimize Snowflake-based data models to support AI/ML workloads and advanced analytics
• Implement PySpark jobs for large-scale data transformations and ML data preparation
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to operationalize AI/ML models
• Support the ML lifecycle, including data ingestion, feature generation, training, and inference pipelines
• Optimize performance and cost across Snowflake and Spark-based processing
• Implement data quality checks, validations, and monitoring for ML-ready datasets
• Follow Git-based development, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure reliability of data and ML pipelines
  

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML data platforms or ML-supporting pipelines
• Expert proficiency in Python for data engineering and ML workloads
• Strong experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing
• Solid expertise in Snowflake, including data modeling and performance optimization
• Strong SQL skills for analytics and ML data preparation
• Good understanding of feature engineering and data preparation for ML models
• Experience working in production-grade data environments
  

Good to Have

• Experience with dbt for analytics engineering
• Experience with Apache Airflow or similar orchestration tools
• Exposure to MLOps practices, model monitoring, or feature stores
• Experience with GenAI / LLM data pipelines
