The GOSO US Incentives Consultant is responsible for working with GSSO India team and US Associate Directors through personnel management, staff development, and cross-functional communication. The person will be responsible to advise and provide insights to business partners enabling decision-making to achieve improved customer experience and business outcomes. The person will draw upon information from multiple internal and external sources to lead and provide technical coaching to the team to ensure the effective dissemination of business information and the delivery of the portfolio. The person will report to the Global Incentives Associate Director and work closely with other Leads across GOSO to ensure best practices across the function.
These IC Portfolio will include Incentives Plan design & Quota setting, IC payout calculations, budget analysis, HR eligibility processing, IC Contests/Award programs and IC Reporting & analytics.
