Job Description

As part of the Salesforce COE team, you will be responsible for supporting various Salesforce activities, including enhancing, maintaining, and supporting various Salesforce Instances used by Bureau Veritas business units globally. Your enthusiasm in customer and internal interactions, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and excitement for troubleshooting customer problems will be key qualities in this role. You should be willing to help customers become more knowledgeable, triage high profile and urgent customer issues, and work well both with team members and individually with minimal supervision. Your responsibilities will include translating functional requirements into technical requirements, designing and building high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices, ensuring the best possible quality of applications, and supporting the Salesforce COE Support & Development team in implementing tailored and scalable Salesforce solutions. You will take ownership of project work, develop client relationships, identify bugs, provide optimal solutions, mentor less-experienced team members, test bug fixes, and deploy them to production. To excel in this role, you should possess over 7 years of relevant experience in Salesforce, expertise in Apex code development, experience with editors like Visual Source Code, MavensMate, or Eclipse for force.com, and Salesforce certifications such as ADM 201 (required), Salesforce PD 1 (required), Salesforce PD 2 (desired), and Sales & Service Cloud Consultant (desired). Your skills should also include Salesforce administration, data migration, integration, excellent communication (written & verbal) skills, mentoring the development team, providing solutions to business problems, and communicating with customers to offer consultation on Salesforce solutions. Moreover, you should have experience in designing custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, Visualforce pages, dashboards, and email generation according to application requirements. Familiarity with CI/CD/SFDX, exposure to Big Objects / LDV, Salesforce Lightning, and development and integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems will be beneficial. Deep understanding of Visualforce, SFDC APEX, Lightning Components, Package Development, SQL/SOQL, XML, HTML, Eclipse, Java, Javascript, SOAP, REST techniques, and familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies are essential. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. You should have the ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in Salesforce Functional & Technical.
