a) Prepare portfolio or profile of each child
b) Preparing Monthly report o Plan Assessment, prepare Impact report in every three
months
c) Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and staff to identify the learning needs and goals of each student
d) Design and implement individualized or small-group instruction plans that align with the curriculum
e) Monitor and assess student progress and provide feedback and recommendations for
improvement
f) Advocate for the students' well-being and academic success and foster a positive and
respectful learning environment
g) Participate in professional development activities and meetings with other consultant
teachers
h) Provide academic guidance and support to students in grades 6 to 8 in the school and for drop outs and never enrolled children enrolled in the Remedial support classes in the community
i) Mobilize and conduct community meetings with relevant key stakeholders (Mahila Mandals, VCPCs, SMCs etc)
j) Monitor and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of the teaching and learning activities
on the students' outcomes and well-being
k) Design and deliver engaging and interactive lessons for students in grades 6 to 8, aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives
