• Qualification:

  MBBS

  with

  MD/DNB (Pathology)

• Minimum 5+ years

  of post-qualification experience in a hospital or diagnostic laboratory

• Employment Type:

  Full-time
• Valid

  State Medical Council / NMC

  registration
• Immediate Joiner preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities Consultant - Pathologist

• Strong diagnostic and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Familiarity with LIS and laboratory accreditation standards
• Reporting and interpretation of Histopathology, Cytology, FNAC, and Hematology cases
• Ensure accurate and timely diagnostic reports
• Correlate pathological findings with clinical details
• Oversee laboratory workflow and reporting quality
• Ensure compliance with NABL / NABH standards
• Supervise laboratory staff and ensure quality control
• Participate in audits, accreditation, and quality improvement initiatives
