Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and 'Experienced' Consultant Orthodontist who has worked previously at 'Private' clinics to join our dental team at Dr. Arora's Dental Clinic, New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing top-quality orthodontic care and a commitment to patient satisfaction. Responsibilities - 1. Diagnose and treat dental malocclusions and oral cavity anomalies. 2. Design and implement effective orthodontic treatment plans. 3. Use various orthodontic appliances to improve the alignment of teeth and jaws. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. 4.Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes. 5. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Qualifications - Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Orthodontics, Valid registration with the respected Dental Council as MDS. Minimum 3 years of experience as an Orthodontist post completing MDS . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently Salary will be offered on a Percentage basis per case , utilising the clinic's existing patient base. Additionally, if the doctor is willing to bring their own patients to the established clinic, the percentage can be negotiated accordingly . Required to visit the clinic once/ twice a month. Doctors are expected to bring their own materials . The clinic will provide basic sterilised instruments, setup, assistance & a cordless light cure machine.
