Responsibilities: Lead the orthodontic team in diagnosing and treating complex dental and facial irregularities. Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, utilizing braces, aligners, and other orthodontic appliances. Oversee the progress of treatment, making necessary adjustments to optimize results and ensure patient satisfaction. Mentor and train junior orthodontists and support staff, fostering a collaborative and educational atmosphere. Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide integrated patient care. Stay informed about advancements in orthodontics and implement best practices within the practice. Educate patients and their families about treatment options, oral hygiene, and the importance of compliance. Maintain thorough and accurate patient records, including treatment plans and progress documentation. Participate in community outreach programs to promote orthodontic health and awareness. Qualifications: Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) - Orthodontist Completion of an accredited orthodontic residency program. Valid state dental license and board certification in orthodontics. Minimum of 3 years of experience in orthodontics, with a proven track record of successful patient outcomes. Expertise in advanced orthodontic techniques and technologies, including clear aligners and digital imaging. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
