Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Neurosurgeon to join our team at HLG Hospital PVT LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neurosurgery, with excellent diagnostic and treatment skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Evaluate patients with neurological symptoms and order/interpret scans (MRI, CT) to diagnose conditions.
Develop comprehensive treatment plans, often combining surgical and non-surgical approaches.
Perform complex operations on the brain, spine, and peripheral nerves using microsurgery or robotics.
Consult with patients/families, manage pain, prescribe medications, and provide intensive post-operative monitoring.
Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, oncologists, and therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain detailed records of patient history, treatments, and outcomes.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of neurosurgery, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and surgery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergency situations like strokes or traumatic brain injuries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for developing effective treatment plans.
Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining accurate medical records.
Experience working with various medical professionals, including neurologists, radiologists, and oncologists.
