Job Hiring – Neurologist / Neurosurgeon

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Neurologist / Neurosurgeon to join our medical team. The candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with neurological disorders and/or performing surgical interventions when required.

Key Responsibilities

Neurologist

• Diagnose and treat disorders of the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves, and muscles.
• Manage cases such as epilepsy, stroke, multiple sclerosis, migraine, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, neuropathy, etc.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and rehabilitation therapies.
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as EEG, EMG, and nerve conduction studies.
• Provide preventive care, patient counseling, and long-term management of chronic neurological conditions.
• Collaborate with other specialists (neurosurgeons, physiotherapists, psychologists).

Neurosurgeon

• Perform surgical procedures related to the brain, spine, and nervous system.
• Conduct pre-operative and post-operative patient management.
• Manage cases such as brain tumors, head injuries, spinal cord disorders, aneurysms, herniated discs, and trauma cases.
• Interpret imaging studies such as CT, MRI, and angiography.
• Ensure patient safety during complex neurosurgical operations.
• Lead a surgical team and coordinate with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other specialists.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: MD/DNB in Neurology (for Neurologist) / MCh/DNB in Neurosurgery (for Neurosurgeon).
• Valid medical license and registration.
• Minimum [2] years of clinical experience in a reputed hospital/clinic.
• Strong diagnostic, clinical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and patient management abilities.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour
