Job Description

Role Overview: As an AI - Lead Auditor in the Compliance & Risk Management department, you will be responsible for implementing and auditing AI Governance and Risk Frameworks. Your role will involve leading or conducting audits for ISO, SOC, and SOX compliance frameworks, interpreting and applying AI-related standards, policies, and frameworks, and addressing AI risks, ethical concerns, and regulatory challenges in AI systems. You will be expected to have excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills to effectively carry out your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and audit AI Governance and Risk Frameworks - Lead or conduct audits for ISO, SOC, and SOX compliance frameworks - Interpret and apply AI-related standards, policies, and frameworks - Address AI risks, ethical concerns, and regulatory challenges in AI systems - Utilize excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills Qualifications Required: - Certification as Lead AIMS (Artificial Intelligence Management System) Implementor and Auditor (mandatory) - Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in implementing and auditing AI Governance and Risk Framework - 5-8 years of professional experience in audit, risk management, or compliance roles, preferably in technology or regulated sectors - Proven experience in leading or conducting audits for ISO, SOC, and SOX compliance frameworks - Strong understanding of AI risks, ethical concerns, and regulatory challenges in AI systems - Ability to interpret and apply AI-related standards, policies, and frameworks - Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills Additional Company Details: The company is looking for individuals with exposure to compliance standards such as GDPR, NIST, HIPAA, etc., knowledge of AI/ML model lifecycle management, experience conducting privacy, security, and ethical risk assessments related to AI, effective stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration experience. Additional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or other relevant credentials in information security are preferred.,
