As an AI - Lead Auditor in the Compliance & Risk Management department, you will be responsible for implementing and auditing AI Governance and Risk Frameworks. You should possess the Lead AIMS (Artificial Intelligence Management System) Implementor and Auditor certification along with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in this field. Additionally, you should have 5-8 years of professional experience in audit, risk management, or compliance roles, preferably in technology or regulated sectors. Your role will involve leading or conducting audits for ISO, SOC, and SOX compliance frameworks. You must have a strong understanding of AI risks, ethical concerns, and regulatory challenges in AI systems. The ability to interpret and apply AI-related standards, policies, and frameworks is crucial. Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills are also essential for this position. Preferred skills for this role include exposure to compliance standards such as GDPR, NIST, HIPAA, etc. Knowledge of AI/ML model lifecycle management and experience in conducting privacy, security, and ethical risk assessments related to AI will be beneficial. Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience are highly valued. Additional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or other relevant credentials in information security are considered advantageous.
