Consultant Gynecologist

As a Gynecologist working at our healthcare facility in Ferozpur, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating disorders related to the female reproductive system. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine examinations, performing gynecological procedures, providing care throughout pregnancy, labor, and delivery, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct routine examinations and screenings, including Pap smears, pelvic exams, and breast exams. - Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions such as infections, infertility, menstrual problems, and menopause-related issues. - Provide prenatal, antenatal, and postnatal care. - Monitor pregnancies and perform deliveries (vaginal and/or C-sections). - Offer contraceptive counseling and family planning services. - Perform surgical procedures such as hysterectomies, laparoscopies, and other reproductive surgeries. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. - Educate patients on reproductive health and preventive care. - Respond to medical emergencies in the department. Qualifications: - MBBS degree with specialization (MD/MS/DNB) in Obstetrics & Gynecology. - Valid medical license and board certification in Gynecology. - Proven experience as a practicing Gynecologist. - Strong diagnostic and clinical skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Empathetic and patient-focused approach.
