Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key operational contact for Program/Project Financial Management for Product & Technology
- Co-ordinate, manage and provide support to the portfolio leads in P&T. Support activities including project estimation, costing/financials, reporting.
- Act as the projects teams key interface with client's finance and funding processes, working with all the required project financial systems such as SAPphire, EPM, Jira.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of common processes, standards, and templates.
- Regularly report on Program/Project financial results against plan to stakeholders and management.
- Carry out analysis and reporting with commentaries. Escalate unanticipated variations for response.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of management reports and analyses on the performance of investment initiatives against key metrics costs, milestones, and realisation of benefits.
- Prepare materials and analysis as required for key capital review meetings.
- Produce comprehensive analysis and reports for stakeholders to understand key drivers of financial performance.
About You
Project Management & Business Analysis
- Experience in budget development, forecasting, cost estimation & financial tracking
- Experience in Project/Program reporting
- Sound project management knowledge and ability to time manage deliverables.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work well with business and technical teams.
Analytical & Reporting Skills
- Advanced analytical skills in terms of business and financial reporting
- Advanced cost modelling and forecasting skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Advanced understanding of Project Accounting requirements.
Demonstrated strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Excel (Advanced)
- Ability to perform detailed analysis and investigation into data related issues
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
