Job Description: As a Graphic Designer for the Large Deals Business Narrative team, you will be an integral part of a complex strategic sales environment. Your main role will involve supporting various activities under the supervision of a Lead Designer or Writer. You will be responsible for creating proposal response documents, presentations, marketing collateral, brand identity packages, customized communication materials in physical and digital formats, microsites, and multimedia elements such as videos and audio recordings. Moreover, you will engage in conceptualization activities, participate in strategy discussions, and attend team-wide enablement meetings. Responsibilities: - Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals including typography, color theory, hierarchy, contrast, and grid alignments. - Ability to adhere to brand guidelines and possess a solid knowledge of design standards. - Assist Lead Designers in executing various design projects throughout the project lifecycle. - Enhance graphic visualization concepts based on guidance from Lead Designers to produce finalized artifacts. - Proficient in understanding the specific requirements to produce various presentation and design artifacts such as dimensions, DPI, file size, etc. - Manage multiple concurrent assignments within defined timelines with support from Designer and Writer team leaders in workload planning. - Demonstrate proficiency in designing PPT decks, brand identity materials, campaign branding, posters, booklets, handouts, emailers, sales videos, and animated PPTs for client meetings. Must-Have Skills: - Ability to comprehend Large Deals sales activities and generate plans from brainstorming ideas to the final execution of deliverables for assigned projects. - Active participation in critical activities for assigned projects alongside the team. - Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to clearly articulate ideas during meetings, aiding non-creative stakeholders in visualizing concepts. - Problem-solving skills by presenting multiple solutions that effectively communicate complex information. - Fluency in spoken and written English is essential for success in this role. - Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, and MS Office tools like PowerPoint and Word. - Knowledge of additional design tools like 3D Studio Max or Generative AI is considered a bonus.,
