As a Graphic Designer for the Large Deals Business Narrative team, you will play a crucial role in a complex strategic sales environment. Your primary focus will be supporting various activities under the guidance of a Lead Designer or Writer. This will involve creating a wide range of visual assets including proposal response documents, presentations, marketing collateral, brand identity packages, customized communication materials in both physical and digital formats, microsites, and multimedia elements such as videos and audio recordings. Your responsibilities will also include actively participating in conceptualization activities, engaging in strategy discussions, and attending team-wide enablement meetings. It is essential that you have a strong foundation in graphic design principles such as typography, color theory, hierarchy, contrast, and grid alignments. You should be adept at following brand guidelines and possess a deep understanding of design standards. Working closely with Lead Designers, you will assist in various design projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve enhancing graphic visualization concepts based on guidance, ensuring the production of finalized artifacts, and understanding the technical requirements for different presentation and design artifacts. You will be expected to manage multiple assignments concurrently, adhering to defined timelines with the support of workload planning from Designer and Writer team leaders. Proficiency in designing a variety of visual materials including PPT decks, brand identity elements, campaign branding, posters, booklets, handouts, emailers, sales videos, and animated presentations for client meetings is crucial for success in this role. In addition to technical skills, you must demonstrate the ability to comprehend Large Deals sales activities, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and effectively execute plans for assigned projects. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills are essential as you collaborate with non-creative stakeholders, articulating ideas clearly and presenting multiple solutions to communicate complex information effectively. Fluency in spoken and written English is a must-have requirement for this position. You should also possess a solid knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, and MS Office applications like PowerPoint and Word. As a Film Colorist Intern at WEBLIZZ, you will have the opportunity to showcase your passion for transforming raw footage into visually compelling cinematic experiences through color. Working on narrative short films, cinematic ads, music videos, and reels, you will play a crucial role in bringing mood, emotion, and life to visuals by applying high-level color correction and stylized grading. Your responsibilities will include color correcting and grading footage for various projects, ensuring visual consistency and mood throughout each production. Collaborating with directors, editors, and DOPs, you will work towards achieving the desired aesthetics while handling different camera formats such as RAW, LOG, ProRes, etc. Your expertise in using scopes, LUTs, and creative grading techniques will be essential in maintaining the color pipeline and organizing media efficiently. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (preferred), Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro, along with a solid understanding of scopes, contrast, saturation, skin tones, LUTs, and color theory. A keen eye for detail and cinematic color aesthetics is crucial, and any experience working with S-log, C-log, BRAW, or RED footage will be considered a bonus. Additionally, you must have a portfolio or reel demonstrating your color grading work. If you have knowledge of color grading workflows such as ACES, Rec.709, Rec.2020, HDR, a passion for visual storytelling and cinematography, and experience with look development and color matching between scenes, it would be a significant advantage. Being able to replicate famous film looks like those seen in La La Land, 1917, and Joker is also highly valued.
