Consultant Child Psychologist

Role Overview:

BlossoMM Therapy, Child Counselling Centre, a sister concern of The Marriage Fit, is seeking aconsultant child psychologistwho can provide therapy to children and families in an empathetic and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing treatment and counselling to children dealing with a range of Emotional and Behavioural challenges(Tentrum emotional, meltdown, etc)
• Conducting psychological assessments, designing intervention plans and providing one-on-one therapy.
• Applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as

  Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, and Behaviour Therapy.

• Supporting families in understanding and addressing concerns about their children.

Qualifications:

• Experience in

  psychological assessments

  for children and adolescents.
• Minimum 3-4

  years of experience

  in child & adolescent counselling.
• Proficiency in

  therapeutic techniques

  : CBT, play therapy, and other child-focused interventions.

• Fluency in Hindi and Kannada

  is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Master's Degree (MSC) Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology.

Pay:

• 30,000-40,000
