Consultant - Carbon and Net Zero

As a Carbon Consultant at WSP, you will be joining the technical support team in Bengaluru/Noida, working with the UK-wide national Sustainability & Carbon team. Your role will involve handling data and assisting in delivering high-quality technical work to support the success of the S&CC business. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and deliver technical work related to climate change mitigation for clients, including SECR, carbon management quantification, and engagement - Lead, author, and contribute to GHG chapters as part of consenting requirements for developments - Analyze and research clients" sustainability and climate change challenges to provide industry-leading advice - Assist in preparing high-quality proposals, capability statements, and strategic documents **Qualification Required:** - Possess a relevant engineering degree, ideally at Masters level, in environmental or sustainability field - Have 4 or more years of experience in a professional business environment, such as consultancy or relevant organizations - Demonstrate strong experience in GHG strategies and quantification, including carbon footprinting of infrastructure projects - Knowledge of guidance and best practices in climate change mitigation, including PAS 2080 - Ability to communicate clearly and conduct numerical analyses in Excel **About WSP:** WSP is a global professional services consulting firm dedicated to local communities and international projects.
