Job Description

Anesthesia/Anesthetist Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-operative assessment and preparation of patients undergoing surgery
Administering anesthesia during surgical procedures
Monitoring patients throughout surgery and the recovery phase
Ensuring patient safety and comfort at all stages
Maintaining detailed patient records and contributing to clinical audits
Collaborating with surgeons, nurses, and support staff to ensure smooth surgical operations

Requirements:

MBBS with MD/DNB/DA in Anaesthesia (or equivalent recognized qualification)
Valid registration with the Medical Council
Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to handle elective and emergency procedures independently
