Construction Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Construction Supervisor to manage daily site operations and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and with high quality. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on knowledge of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site work and coordinate labour teams
• Ensure tasks follow drawings, specifications, and safety rules
• Monitor progress and report delays or issues
• Arrange materials, machines, and resources as required
• Conduct safety checks and maintain site discipline
• Solve on-site problems and ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

• Experience as a Construction Supervisor / Site Incharge
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site safety
• Ability to read plans and communicate with engineers/contractors
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
