Construction Supervisor

Role Overview: You will be responsible for inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. Additionally, you will supervise and instruct the construction team as well as subcontractors. Your role will involve educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol, enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries, and handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol. It will also be your responsibility to maintain an accurate record of construction employee attendance, evaluate the performance of construction employees, and institute disciplinary measures as needed. You will analyze blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications and recommend changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
