Construction Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
• Monitor workers, subcontractors, and equipment usage.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
• Check quality of work and materials used.
• Maintain daily site reports and progress updates.
• Report site issues to the Construction Manager/Project Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve problems on-site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
