As a Construction Site Supervisor at Narayana Infra, your role involves overseeing and managing real estate plotting projects from concept to completion, ensuring high quality and safety standards. You will be responsible for conducting regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with engineering principles and regulatory standards. Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to align project objectives and timelines will be crucial. Additionally, you will develop and implement site development plans that align with the company's strategic and financial goals. Your expertise in real estate plotting development, construction site inspections, and managing gated community projects will be essential for ensuring project success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Oversee and manage real estate plotting projects, maintaining high quality and safety standards. - Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with engineering principles and regulatory standards. - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to align project objectives and timelines. - Develop and implement site development plans in line with company goals. - Provide technical guidance and support for infrastructure improvements. - Efficiently manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve project milestones. - Resolve any emerging issues on construction sites with effective solutions. - Ensure excellent communication and coordination among project team members and stakeholders. **Qualifications and Skills:** - Proven experience in real estate plotting development is mandatory. - Extensive knowledge and experience in construction site inspections. - Ability to effectively manage gated community projects. - Proven track record in real estate venture development with successful project completions. - Expertise in site supervision, construction planning, and labor management. - Experience in developing and enhancing site infrastructure to maximize property value. Please note that site accommodation will be provided, and Telugu proficiency is mandatory while English and Hindi are optional. Daily travel to Shadnagar sites will be required for this role.,
