Construction Site Supervisor (Fresher)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible fresher to join our team as a Construction Site Supervisor. The role involves assisting in supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution of plastering, structural, interior, and exterior works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site execution of:
• Plastering work
• Structural work
• Interior finishing
• Exterior elevation and finishing
• Monitor labor performance, attendances, and contractor progress
• Coordinate with vendors, and site workers
• Track materials usage and ensure no wastage
• Maintain site reports, measurements, and daily logs
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed
• Report delays or issues to the management

Requirements:

• A degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering or the RELATED field
• Willingness to learn
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to be present full-time on-site
• Basic knowledge of construction practices is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,932.02 - ₹15,000.00 per month
