Construction Site Supervisor (Fresher)

You are a motivated and responsible fresher being sought to join our team as a Construction Site Supervisor. In this role, you will assist in supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution of plastering, structural, interior, and exterior works. Your responsibilities will include overseeing on-site execution of plastering work, structural work, interior finishing, and exterior elevation and finishing. You will be monitoring labor performance, attendances, and contractor progress while coordinating with vendors and site workers. It will be your duty to track materials usage to minimize wastage, maintain site reports, measurements, and daily logs, and ensure that safety protocols and quality standards are strictly followed. Additionally, you will be responsible for promptly reporting any delays or issues to the management. To be eligible for this position, you are required to have a degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering or a related field. A willingness to learn, good communication and documentation skills, and the ability to be present full-time on-site are essential. Basic knowledge of construction practices would be considered a plus. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers and interns with a contract length of 6 months.
