Construction Site Manager / Building Manager

As a Site Manager for construction projects in Mohali, Punjab, your role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations at construction sites. Your responsibilities will include coordinating site activities, managing workforce and subcontractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate site activities to ensure smooth operations. - Manage workforce and subcontractors effectively. - Ensure projects are completed within specified timelines and budget. - Maintain quality standards by adhering to construction methods and materials. - Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and quality standards. - Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. - Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and efficiently manage multiple site tasks. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory. - 3 to 5 years of experience managing construction sites or civil engineering projects. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project scheduling. - Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and quality standards. - Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools. - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site tasks efficiently.
