As a Site Manager for our construction projects in Mohali, Punjab, your role will involve overseeing day-to-day operations at construction sites. Your responsibilities will include coordinating site activities, managing workforce and subcontractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate site activities and manage workforce and subcontractors effectively. - Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards. - Manage project scheduling, materials, and construction methods efficiently. - Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and quality standards such as IS codes and local building codes. - Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools like MS Project and Primavera will be preferred. - Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site tasks efficiently. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory. - 3 to 5 years of experience managing construction sites or civil engineering projects. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project scheduling. In addition to the qualifications and responsibilities mentioned above, the job is full-time and permanent, with a day shift schedule.
