Job Description

Project Planning & Scheduling
Develop detailed work schedules and timelines.
Allocate resources (labor, materials, equipment).
Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
Site Supervision
Supervise on-site workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Ensure work is done according to designs, specifications, and safety standards.
Resolve site issues or delays efficiently.
Health & Safety Compliance
Enforce safety protocols and regulations (e.g., OSHA).
Conduct risk assessments and toolbox talks.
Ensure all workers have required PPE and training.
Quality Control
Inspect work to ensure it meets design and regulatory standards.
Manage quality assurance documentation and procedures.
Budget & Cost Management
Monitor site expenses and control costs.
Approve invoices and manage procurement of materials.
Report financial status to project managers or stakeholders.
Communication & Reporting
Serve as the main point of contact between on-site staff and project management.
Conduct site meetings and coordinate across teams (architects, engineers, clients).
Prepare daily/weekly reports on site progress, issues, and milestones.
