Job Description

You should possess a B.E. in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering. With a minimum of 15+ years of experience in the field of Interiors Procurement and Purchase, you should have a strong background in vendor analysis and negotiation. Your skills should also include expertise in purchasing construction products, as well as modular kitchen products and plywoods. It is essential to have the ability to negotiate contract terms and pricing effectively, along with analyzing the quality of purchased products. Knowledge of the construction procurement industry is a must, and proficiency in Ms-Office and ERP systems is preferred. This position is based in Virudhunagar, near Madurai District, therefore fluency in English and Tamil is required.,
