Role Overview: As a Project Manager at our leading real estate construction company in Pune, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day project management activities for construction projects. This includes planning, execution, and closing of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Developing and maintaining project timelines - Managing resources effectively - Coordinating with stakeholders - Ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget - Monitoring project progress - Preparing reports and handling project documentation Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems efficiently - Proficiency in Construction Project Management - Excellent communication skills - Experience in budgeting and financial management - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred - Prior experience in a PMO office would be advantageous,
