Construction Procurement & Planning Engineer

As a Procurement Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the acquisition of both direct and indirect items as per the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). This will involve obtaining competitive quotes from suppliers and sub-contractors, meticulously comparing these quotes to create a comprehensive statement for vendor selection, and aligning them with customer bills and purchase orders. Issuing purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner will be crucial to ensure the smooth flow of materials and services. Additionally, maintaining thorough documentation throughout the procurement process, planning and scheduling activities according to project requirements, and monitoring any deviations from the project schedule will be essential aspects of your role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring at least 1 year of experience in procurement management. The work location is on-site, necessitating your physical presence for effective coordination and communication with suppliers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.,
