Costing for proposed schemes
Resource planning & levelling
Technical specifications for purchase of construction tools & tackles, Specialized items

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

Thorough knowledge of Indian and International standards pertaining to temporary work in relevant domain.
Familiarity with analysis and design softwares like STAAD Pro/ SAP/ Nastran/ Ansys, etc.
Responsibility will also include competence to guide a team of engineers, and draftspersons by allocating job and monitoring progress of their work
Desirable international exposures
Ability to deal with consultants for approvals.
Computer Skill: MS Office, basics of AutoCAD, AutoCAD 3D
