Construction Estimator - All Levels

As a Junior Estimator at D&C Estimate, you will be trained to support Australian subcontractors with quantity take-offs and detailed scope breakdowns using industry-standard tools. This is an ideal role for recent graduates or entry-level professionals looking to build deep expertise in construction estimating, while working within a fast-growing, quality-focused team. - Review construction drawings and identify relevant scope items - Use Bluebeam Revu to mark up drawings by trade - Export and process quantity data into Excel to develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs) - Follow scope checklists and client instructions with high attention to detail - Update job status and files in SharePoint as per internal SOPs - Liaise with managers for clarifications and QA feedback Qualification Required: - Qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar - Strong Excel skills; familiarity with formulas and basic formatting - Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings - Willingness to learn and take feedback - Bonus: Familiarity with Bluebeam or any take-off software As a Mid-Level Estimator at D&C Estimate, you will independently manage take-offs and scope analysis across multiple trades for Australian construction projects.
