Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Connection Designer, located in India. The Connection Designer will be responsible for creating detailed connection designs, working closely with the engineering team to ensure designs meet all standards and specifications. Daily tasks include reviewing architectural and structural plans, developing customized connection solutions, and coordinating with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. The role requires strict adherence to project deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Structural Steel Detailing
• Experience with connection design and related software tools
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction industry standards
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Masters degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
