Position Overview: We’re hiring a Business Development Manager – Digital Ad Sales to lead revenue growth and strategic partnerships across digital media platforms. You’ll be responsible for unlocking business opportunities with brands and agencies, shaping go-to-market strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver integrated, high-performance campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Revenue Growth: Drive end-to-end digital ad sales revenue for Connect Digital across display, video, native, branded content, and programmatic channels. Client & Agency Relations: Build, manage, and grow strong relationships with advertising agencies, brand marketers, and media buyers. Strategic Partnerships: Identify and develop long-term strategic opportunities to enhance Connect Digital's market position and monetization. Sales Planning: Create quarterly and annual sales plans, revenue forecasts, and pipeline tracking aligned with organizational goals. Custom Solutions: Work closely with the content, marketing, and product teams to craft customized brand solutions and integrated campaigns. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends, competitor moves, and new technologies to drive innovation and thought leadership in digital ad sales. Collaboration: Liaise with internal stakeholders including product, operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Performance Metrics: Monitor KPIs and campaign performance to optimize results and client satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience: Experience: 8–10 years of experience in digital ad sales, online media sales, or advertising business development. Industry Exposure: Strong understanding of the Indian and global digital advertising ecosystem, with a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Network: Established relationships with media agencies, brand marketers, and digital decision-makers. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of digital formats (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL), programmatic buying, ad tech platforms, and content monetization.
