Conga Publisher Developer

As a Conga Publisher Developer with 5-7 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to develop, configure, and customize Conga Publisher templates to automate the creation of various documents such as proposals, contracts, and reports. You will collaborate closely with solution architects and business teams to understand their requirements and effectively translate them into Conga solutions. Your role will involve designing and implementing complex document structures with dynamic content, conditional logic, and advanced formatting. You will be required to conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of Conga templates and workflows to maintain optimal performance and compliance with best practices. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions, configurations, and processes. To excel in this role, you should have 5-7 years of proven experience in Conga Publisher development and related Conga tools. A strong understanding of Conga Composer, Conga CLM, and other components of the Conga suite would be advantageous. Your experience should include designing complex, dynamic templates with conditional logic and advanced formatting, as well as working extensively with Salesforce integrations. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other scripting languages relevant to Conga development is essential. Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Apex, Visualforce, or related technologies would be beneficial. You should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within Agile/SCRUM environments. Preferred certifications for this role include being a Conga Certified Developer or holding related Salesforce certifications.
