About The Role : Skill - Sap Successfactors Compensation and Variable Pay Relevant Experience - minimum 3-5 years of exp Location - Bangalore SAP SF Compensation JD: SAP SF Compensation exp of 3-4 yrs exp, background of SAP HCM good to have Core skill in Compensation module and capable of handling complex requirements and configuration Deep Integration expertise within SuccessFactors HR suite across modules Compensation 3 Full Life cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors from planning to configuration through go live Must have worked on COMP template creation and copy, setting up route maps, guidelines, budgets, field based permissions, RBPs, launch and testing of comp forms. Hands on all the Data Models and knowledge of XML System configuration in accordance with Solution Design Configuration. Workbook Business Blueprint Preparation Execution of Test Cases Test Plans Test scripts Knowledge of MDF foundation objects associations Business rules and workflows Good English verbal and written communication Work directly with the client gathering requirements to analyse, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes to technology with business strategy and goals. Must have knowledge to integrate with S4HANA / ECC DO :- Provide assistance in configuration of applications based on client requirements- Collate configuration requirements from the functions/ BUs/ SLs and obtain approval from business owners- Plan and execute assigned configuration tasks within deadlines - Provide system configuration support based on changing business needs- Assist in system analysis, design, development, and testing activities- Provide support in developing, implementing and testing patch releases and system upgrades- Maintenance of the configuration archive and its upkeep - 100% compliance to configuration standards and procedures- Make changes to existing configuration processes as per the client requirements and maintain proper documentation/ log- Analyze and resolve configuration issues in a timely manner- MIS Management, Reporting & Backend Support - Preparation of Daily, Monthly status report on certain configuration parameters as required by the client & stakeholders - Documentation & reporting as per the client need on configuration standards- Issue resolution in minimum time possible with respect to any modification or change requested by the clientDeliver1.Continuous Integration, Deployment100% error free on boarding & implementation, throughput %, Adherence to the schedule2.
