Job Description

As an experienced and dynamic Condition Monitoring Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing reliability initiatives across heavy industry operations. Your hands-on experience in vibration analysis, customer interaction, and account management will be crucial in delivering value in heavy industrial environments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the deployment and execution of condition monitoring solutions, such as vibration analysis and other predictive maintenance tools. - Develop and oversee reliability strategies to minimize downtime and enhance equipment performance. - Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service delivery. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify their needs and tailor reliability solutions accordingly. - Manage and mentor a team of condition monitoring specialists and reliability engineers. - Provide training and development programs to ensure team expertise in advanced diagnostic techniques and technologies. - Apply expertise in heavy industries (e.g., steel, cement, power, oil & gas, mining) to address complex operational challenges. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement reliability initiatives aligned with business objectives. - Analyze condition monitoring data to identify trends, recommend corrective actions, and generate detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders. - Present insights and performance metrics to senior management and customers. - Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in reliability engineering. - Maintain relevant certifications, including vibration analysis credentials (e.g., ISO 18436 Category III or higher). **Qualifications:** - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. - Experience: Minimum 10 years in condition monitoring, vibration analysis, and reliability engineering. - Proven experience in heavy industries (e.g., steel, power, cement, oil & gas, or mining). - Technical Skills: Expertise in vibration diagnostics, ultrasound, and predictive maintenance tools. Proficiency in condition monitoring systems (e.g., SKF, Emerson, PRUFTECHNIK). - Certifications: Vibration Analysis Certification (e.g., ISO Category II/III or equivalent). Additional certifications in reliability engineering (e.g., CMRP) are a plus. As an ideal candidate for this role, you should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer and team interactions, an analytical mindset to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights, leadership and team management capabilities, and problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure industrial environments.,
