We are seeking a dynamic Mechanical Engineer with 2 to 6 years of experience in handling construction machinery and mechanical systems. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operation, and optimization of heavy equipment used in large-scale construction and infrastructure projects. Your key responsibilities will include supervising and managing the installation, operation, and maintenance of construction equipment such as cranes, excavators, concrete pumps, and generators. You will diagnose mechanical faults and conduct troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime. Additionally, you will schedule and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance. Ensuring machinery compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer specifications will be a crucial part of your role. You will collaborate with site managers and equipment vendors to maintain optimal machine performance. Documentation maintenance for equipment servicing, inspections, and repairs will also be part of your responsibilities. You will assist in equipment procurement by evaluating technical specifications and vendor proposals. Providing technical support during equipment mobilization/demobilization on project sites and working closely with project managers, civil engineers, and contractors to meet project timelines are also key aspects of the role. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift with a yearly bonus. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in machining.
