We’re looking for a Visual Research & Concept Designer — someone who combines strong graphic design skills with a sharp creative eye for researching fresh visual ideas for ads and branding.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Concept Graphic Designer & Visual Researcher who blends strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for global creative trends. This role involves researching visual ideas, building mood boards, and supporting concept development for ads and branding. Ideal for someone passionate about design, storytelling, and creative innovation.

What You’ll Do:

• Research global advertising, design, and branding trends for visual inspiration
• Explore platforms like Pinterest, Behance, Instagram, and more to discover new creative directions
• Build visual mood boards and concept references for internal creative brainstorming
• Collaborate with our Creative Team to shape compelling ad and branding concepts
• Support with basic design tasks and mockups when needed

What We Expect:

• Proven background in graphic design (portfolio required)
• Strong visual sense from aesthetics and layout to typography and color
• Deep interest in branding, advertising, and visual culture
• Independent thinker who constantly seeks new ideas
• Comfortable in high-speed creative environments
• Ability to organize and present your research in a clear, creative format

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience in branding or advertising agencies
• Clear visual communication and storytelling skills
• Curiosity for design cultures from around the world

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital graphic design (preferably in an agency or corporate setting)
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred)
• Great knowledge of AI tools in graphic design (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, etc.)

Software Skills:

• Corel Draw
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• InDesign
• Motion Graphics (basic)

Preferred Skills:

• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout
• Ability to create designs aligned with marketing and business goals
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently
