Concept Developer (Designs & Videos)

We are currently looking for a passionate Concept Developer who can effectively bring ideas to life through strong concepts for designs, video content, and creative storytelling. As a Concept Developer at our company, you will be responsible for developing and visualizing creative ideas for various marketing and branding needs. This role involves crafting design themes, video content strategies, and engaging content concepts that resonate with our brand's voice and business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include generating original and engaging concepts for designs, video scripts, and content across various digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with the graphic design and video editing teams to bring these concepts to execution. Additionally, you will contribute to brainstorming sessions and present clear, innovative ideas for campaigns and brand messaging. Developing storyboards and visual outlines for video content and creating compelling content ideas for social media, websites, and marketing materials are also part of your role. It is crucial to stay updated on design and video trends to ensure fresh and appealing creative approaches while ensuring that all creative outputs align with the brand tone and project objectives. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in creative concept development for designs, videos, or marketing content. Strong storytelling ability and a flair for visual and written communication are essential. Basic knowledge of graphic design/video production processes is a plus. You should be able to think outside the box and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent collaboration and communication skills are also key. A portfolio showcasing previous concept work is highly desirable.
