Computer Vision Intern

As a Computer Vision Intern at our company, you will play a crucial role in building and enhancing our image recognition pipeline. Your responsibilities will include dataset management, image collection, annotation validation, dataset cleaning, preprocessing, model training, augmentation, and evaluation. You will contribute directly to the development of our production-ready pipeline. Responsibilities: - Organize, clean, and preprocess large-scale retail image datasets. - Validate and manage annotations using tools like Roboflow, CVAT, or LabelImg. - Apply augmentation techniques and prepare datasets for training. - Support in training YOLOv5/YOLOv8-based models on custom datasets. - Run model evaluations including Precision, Recall, F1 Score, and SKU-level accuracy. - Collaborate with the product team to enhance real-world inference quality. - Document the dataset pipeline and provide insights for improving data quality. Qualifications: - Basic understanding of Computer Vision concepts such as Object Detection and Classification. - Familiarity with Python libraries like OpenCV, Pandas, and NumPy. - Knowledge of image annotation tools like Roboflow, LabelImg, or CVAT. - Ability to manage and organize large datasets. Additional Details: Previous experience with YOLOv5 or YOLOv8 for training, inference, or fine-tuning is desirable. Exposure to image augmentation techniques like Albumentations, understanding of retail/commercial shelf datasets, or product detection problems would be beneficial. Any prior internship or project experience in computer vision will be considered a plus.,
