Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) – English to join our dynamic academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command over English language, effective classroom management skills, and a proven track record of motivating students to achieve academic excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in line with the school curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment to support the learning needs of all students.
• Conduct assessments and provide feedback on student progress.
• Use innovative teaching strategies and technology to enhance learning outcomes.
• Encourage reading habits and strong communication skills among students.
• Organize extracurricular activities such as debates, poetry recitation, and English clubs.
• Maintain accurate student records and report progress to parents and school management.
• Collaborate with other faculty members and participate in school events and meetings.

Requirements:

• Graduate in English with B.Ed (mandatory).
• 2–5 years of teaching experience as a TGT English teacher in a reputed school.
• Strong English communication (spoken and written).
• Familiar with CBSE/ICSE/State board curriculum (as applicable).
• Passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.
• Proficient in using smart boards, online teaching platforms, and digital resources.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
