Computer Scientist (Fullstack)

As a CS - Full Stack Engineer (Frontend heavy) at Adobe, you will be joining a team responsible for the well-established Adobe Pass product suite, which serves the TV Everywhere industry by powering authentication and access experiences for major North American media and entertainment providers. Your role will involve operating systems at a massive scale to support major live sports, business, and lifestyle events across millions of viewers. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver seamless user experiences. - Implement best practices for security, including authentication, authorization, and secure coding. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with attention to quality and performance. - Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to ensure high engineering standards. - Continuously learn and apply new technologies that improve efficiency, scalability, and developer productivity. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 4+ years of experience building and operating full-stack, production-grade web applications. - Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and application design. - Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS for building modern, responsive UIs. - Apply strong Low-Level Design (LLD) skills to define component-level designs. - Strong understanding of system design principles for large-scale web applications. - Good hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture. - Good understanding of web security concepts including OAuth2, JWT, and SAML. - Experience with PostgreSQL, HBase, or other SQL/NoSQL databases. - Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or Cypress. - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployments. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively within a team. - Be an excellent teammate with good written and oral communication skills.
