Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Yokogawa, your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Processing Customer Orders: Record and process customer orders following predefined protocols based on the method of order placement. - Developing Customer Relationships: Reach out to potential customers through calls or in-person interactions to establish contact and build rapport. - Managing CRM Data: Ensure accuracy of basic customer details in the system and make notes of follow-up actions and sales call interactions. - Providing Product/Service Information: Offer basic information about products/services and address customer inquiries. - Resolving Customer Issues: Respond to basic customer problems such as returns and escalate issues as needed. - Clarifying Customer Needs: Conduct interviews with customers using a standard sales script to understand their requirements. - Ensuring Operational Compliance: Adhere to mandatory procedures to maintain work quality standards and regulatory compliance. - Building Personal Capability: Enhance procedural and technical skills through assessment, development planning, and training activities. - Supporting Renewals: Assist in providing service to customers to encourage continued use of the organization's products/services.
