Computer Sales Representative

• Customer Engagement: Contacting potential and existing customers to identify needs and recommend suitable products.
• Sales & Marketing: Developing sales strategies, generating leads through cold-calling and networking, and conducting product demonstrations.
• Product Expertise: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the technical specifications and features of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Sales Process Management: Preparing proposals and quotes, managing the sales cycle, and handling customer complaints and inquiries.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintaining CRM databases, updating sales records, and preparing reports.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Post-Sales Support: Providing technical advice and support after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
