Job Description

A Computer Sales Executive typically focuses on selling computer hardware and software, and related services, to individuals and businesses. They are responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate solutions, building relationships, and closing sales. This role requires strong communication, technical, and sales skills, as well as the ability to stay updated on the latest technology trends. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and Developing Sales Opportunities:This involves researching potential clients, generating leads, and reaching out to new and existing customers through various channels like phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Understanding Customer Needs:Sales executives need to effectively assess client requirements and recommend suitable computer systems, software, or services that meet their specific needs.
  • Providing Technical Expertise:They should be knowledgeable about the technical specifications of the products they sell and be able to explain them in a clear and understandable way to customers.
  • Presenting and Demonstrating Products:Sales executives often conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of their offerings.
  • Negotiating and Closing Sales:They are responsible for negotiating prices, preparing quotes and proposals, and closing sales deals.
  • Building and Maintaining Relationships:Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients is crucial for repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Meeting Sales Targets:Sales executives are typically expected to achieve or exceed specific sales goals and targets.
  • Staying Updated on Technology:Keeping up with the latest advancements in computer hardware, software, and related technologies is essential for providing informed recommendations and staying competitive.
  • Providing Post-Sale Support:This may include assisting with initial setup, troubleshooting minor issues, and guiding customers through warranty and service processes.
  • Maintaining Sales Records:Utilizing CRM software or designated reporting tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
  • Collaborating with Teams:Working with other sales team members, technical support, and inventory management to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
