Job Description

You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling computer systems and peripheral equipment. This includes performing data entry, batch processing, and system backups as needed. You will need to identify and resolve hardware/software errors in a timely manner. It will be your duty to maintain logs of system operations and issues, ensuring proper documentation of all activities. Collaboration with IT staff to address technical problems is essential for this role. Ensuring data integrity and system security will be a key aspect of your responsibilities.
