Job Title : Computer Operator (Pharma Retail Software Specialist)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Computer Operator with hands-on experience in pharma retail software and billing systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of pharmacy retail software, managing billing, inventory, and customer transactions, and assisting in day-to-day computer operations to support business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and manage pharma retail software for billing, inventory, and sales.
• Generate invoices, bills, and purchase orders using pharmacy software.
• Update and maintain medicine stock records, including expiry tracking.
• Assist with customer billing, returns, and refunds as per pharma guidelines.
• Ensure accurate data entry of products, suppliers, and customers.
• Coordinate with pharmacists for prescription validation and compliance.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports (sales, stock, expiry, etc.).
• Troubleshoot basic software and system issues, liaising with IT support if needed.
• Maintain data backup and security protocols.
• Support management in audit and compliance documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Computer Operator / Billing Executive in a pharmacy or retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of pharma retail software (e.g., Marg ERP, Unisolve, EasyPharma, or Medica).
• Familiarity with medicine names, categories, and GST billing rules.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email communication.
• Good typing speed and data accuracy.
• Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in a pharmacy or medical retail setup.
• Knowledge of inventory and billing processes in pharma retail is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
