Computer operator for E-commerce Operations

As an E-commerce Operations Associate, your role will involve handling various E-commerce operations including returns handling, claims filing (including video creation), receiving returns, maintaining records, and managing all other E-commerce operations effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Handle E-commerce operations such as returns handling, claims filing (including video creation), receiving returns, and maintaining records. - Manage all other E-commerce operations efficiently. - Utilize computer applications such as MS Excel (including all basic formulas) and MS Word with proficient typing skills. - Demonstrate good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and external stakeholders. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any field (not required but preferred). - At least 1 year of experience in computer operations preferred. - Proficiency in English language preferred.
